The tavern at the corner of Lee and Silsby has held a special place in the hearts of Cleveland Heights residents for so may years, and it's difficult to recall a time without it. The saloon's most notable era, many would argue, began in 1991, when Jim Brennan purchased the business, ushering in the "Brennan's Colony" phase.
