Mine Oyster is a full service restaurant and nightclub in beautiful downtown Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Mine Oyster is a two-storied ocean front building on stilts. Water is all around us and underneath us! It doesn't get any closer to the ocean, unless you are willing to get wet!
Our first floor is featuring our pristine raw bar. A drinking bar and a shucking bar offer our guests a rare chance to witness the magic that goes into the preparation of their food and drinks, as our chefs and bartenders open and arrange oysters and clams and mix the concoctions of your liking.
